It is about recollecting and recreating Kolkata food memories through delicious homecooked meals from traditional and modern Bengali cuisine.
In 2012, we started a YouTube channel named Foodie’s Hut, a creative engagement to overcome the loneliness of an expat life and, connect with others over the Internet and showcase Bengali recipes and Indian recipes. After a few years, we created our website too.
Fast forward to 2023, we started The Bengal Platter, a Bengali Food experience delivery service, which actually represents the vision I have in my mind. Hence, we rebranded our website, YouTube channel, and social media portals.
We provide Bengali food experience in Melbourne through our food delivery services.
We create content on social media to document and share our Australian Bengali lifestyle.
